In H1 2026, we’re focused on helping teams run incentives with more clarity and control,  without adding operational complexity. From native A/B testing to more flexible loyalty activation, here’s what’s new in Talon.One.

Pain point: Testing incentives logic today often requires external tools, engineering workarounds, or manual campaign duplication. That slows down experimentation and makes it harder to prove incremental impact.

We’re introducing a dedicated support portal, a centralized environment for troubleshooting promotions.

It includes:

  • A single interface for investigating promotion behavior

  • AI-powered summaries of complex promotion logic

  • Clear explanations of what happened and why

We also have a dedicated MCP integration, so you can connect your support tools directly to Talon.One via MCP.

With the new activate loyalty points endpoint, you can trigger activation based on defined system actions.

You can:

  • Activate all points earned in a session

  • Activate points from specific transactions only

  • Trigger activation after external validation

In case you missed it: Introducing the Unified Incentives Protocol

Another major release this quarter was the launch of our Unified Incentives Protocol (UIP), built to support incentives in AI-native commerce environments.

Pain point: Shopping journeys are increasingly starting inside AI assistants like ChatGPT and Gemini. Customers are asking AI tools to compare products, find the best deals, and recommend purchases, often without ever visiting a traditional storefront.

In these environments, promotions and loyalty benefits need to be surfaced programmatically, in real time, through machine-to-machine interactions.

What’s new: The Unified Incentives Protocol 

UIP establishes a standardized way for promotion and loyalty logic to be interpreted and delivered beyond the checkout page. This enables:

  • Real-time surfacing of eligible promotions in AI-driven shopping flows

  • Loyalty recognition within conversational commerce

  • Structured, API-based communication between Talon.One and external AI systems

What this means for you: As commerce becomes increasingly agent-mediated, your incentives must be discoverable outside traditional channels. UIP ensures your promotions and loyalty programs can participate in AI-powered shopping journeys, keeping your brand competitive wherever purchasing decisions happen.
