TL;DR We're opening early access for the Talon.One MCP Server. You can now access Talon.One directly from AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other MCP-compatible clients.
An AI assistant is only as useful as what it can actually see. Without access to your campaign data, your customer segments, or your promotion rules, it's just a general-purpose chat window that happens to sit next to your work. The value comes when it's connected to the systems where your data lives.
The Talon.One MCP Server makes that connection. It links your AI tools to your Talon.One environment through the Model Context Protocol, giving the AI secure, read-only access to your campaigns, customers, coupons, loyalty programs, audiences, and attributes. You ask a question in plain language, and the AI retrieves live data, cross-references it, and gives you a direct answer.
MCP is the emerging standard for how AI chatbots and agents communicate with external tools and data systems. AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot are already becoming part of how teams work day to day. But until now, there was no way to connect them to Talon.One. That meant anyone involved in loyalty and promotion activities was still switching back and forth between dashboards and their favorite AI assistant, even if they had an AI assistant open right next to them. The Talon.One MCP Server closes that gap, so the AI tools people are already adopting can now work with the campaign data they actually need.
Marketing teams can use the Talon.One MCP Server to check on campaigns, track performance, and review loyalty data in plain language without leaving their AI tool. I recorded a quick demo to show you what this looks like:
Prompt example: "Is our spring flash sale still live, and has it hit its budget limit?"
The AI checks campaign status, budget consumption, and usage limits, and flags if recent configuration changes may have caused unintended side effects.
Prompt example: "How is our spring campaign performing?"
Get redemption rates, budget usage, loyalty points issued, referral conversions, and audience engagement pulled from live data, without building a report first.
Prompt example: "What's the loyalty status for customer X?"
Get a customer's point balance, transaction history, tier status, and expiry schedule in one answer instead of navigating to multiple screens.
Support teams can use it to troubleshoot promotion issues and answer internal questions about campaign configuration, directly from the tools they already work in. Here's another demo what that could look like:

Support representatives ask in plain language and get a complete answer that accounts for campaign rules, customer eligibility, and coupon status. Fewer escalations, faster resolution.

New team members can ask how campaigns are set up, what attributes are defined, and how rules work, and get accurate answers pulled directly from your live environment.
Our initial early-access release focuses on read operations, retrieving and surfacing your campaign data. As we develop the Talon.One MCP Server further, we're exploring ways to enable campaign adjustments with human-in-the-loop controls, so your team stays in charge of every change. The goal is to use AI tools like Claude to streamline end-to-end campaign management, automating repetitive tasks with AI, while staying in full control.
