Today, I’m excited to announce a new chapter in that journey: our native integration with Adobe Experience Platform as a Silver Adobe Technology Partner. 

By bringing Talon.One’s incentives engine directly into Adobe’s ecosystem, connecting with Adobe Real-Time CDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer, we are enabling more enterprise brands than ever to turn customer insights into incentives that are not just personalized, but executable, consistent, and measurable across every touchpoint.

Talon.One handles eligibility checks, reward calculation, coupon lifecycle management, and redemption tracking consistently across all of these touchpoints.

This creates a closed loop between engagement and transaction. A journey triggered in Adobe Journey Optimizer can now immediately result in a personalized incentive that is calculated correctly, governed centrally, and redeemable everywhere, including at the point of sale.

Just as importantly, the outcome of that incentive, whether it was redeemed, how it performed, and how it influenced customer behavior, flows back into Adobe Experience Platform. This enriches the customer profile and informs future decisions.

Real-time loyalty and promotions within the customer journey

One of the most powerful aspects of this integration is how it brings loyalty and promotions out of isolated systems and embeds them directly into the customer journey, allowing real-time influence on customer behavior.

Through the Adobe-provided native Source Connector, loyalty and promotion data such as points balances, tier status, coupon usage, and transaction effects are streamed in real time into Adobe Experience Platform. This means that loyalty is no longer a separate system that marketers have to work around, but a core part of the unified customer profile.

At the same time, Adobe Journey Optimizer can trigger real-time actions in Talon.One via API. This enables use cases such as generating unique coupon codes during a journey, checking promotion eligibility before sending an offer, or awarding loyalty points based on specific behaviors or milestones.
