Evermos upgrade promotion capabilities with Talon.One loyalty campaigns
Evermos is a social commerce platform that connects local brands with customers via resellers. Evermos offers an online storefront and incentives built on an in-house solution, but they needed additional capabilities and wanted to free up dev resources to use elsewhere in the business.
We spoke to VP of Product at Evermos, Adi Sujarwadi, to find out how they are using Talon.One.
Hello, could you tell us a bit about yourself and your business?
My name is Adi, I’m currently leading the Product Team in Evermos, a Social Commerce based in Indonesia. Our mission is to enable our community to prosper. We are everyone to start, run, and grow their own business by leveraging our technology, extensive business network and knowledge.
How important is it for you to be able to iterate and run experiments on promotions?
Extremely important, as we believe that in order to find the best promotion scheme for us, a lot of iteration and experimentation will be required. The faster we can do it, the better for us.
How do you balance cost, features, building your own tools & future use cases for your marketing strategy?
We always analyze it using the simple framework of cost vs impact. When we choose 3rd party tools, that would mean we believe that they have a strong product that can help us to grow faster compared to if we build things ourselves.
