BERLIN, 08. July 2022: Talon.One has recently signed a contract with Farmgirl Flowers, the only large-scale, female-founded ecommerce flower company.
Founded in 2010 in San Francisco, Farmgirl Flowers offers high-quality bouquet arrangements and plants, known specifically for their burlap-wrapped bouquets.
Farmgirl Flowers was born in the Bay Area but in the decade since they started they've gone international.
Today Farmgirl Flowers ships to recipients coast to coast from distribution centers and farm partner facilities across the United States, Colombia and Ecuador. They’ve racked up a number of frequent flier miles to source the best of the best from U.S. and international growers.
They needed a flexible promotional platform to help them achieve their ambitious growth goals. Since they can customize their products based on every customer’s order, they wanted a customizable promotional system that provided personalized solutions for end-users.
Farmgirl Flowers plan to use Talon.One’s coupons, loyalty and referrals features to boost customer engagement and drive sales.
For example, they aim to develop a tier-based loyalty program, allowing customers in each tier to receive points on their birthdays or for buying specific items, following the company on social media or writing Google and Facebook reviews.

Teams at Talon.One and Farmgirl Flower are collaborating on the initial configuration of coupons and loyalty awards. The third-party integration will also include Talon.One’s partner Segment, which Farmgirl Flowers will use to offer discounts and loyalty points to end users.
