isaac will work with Talon.One to build an effective loyalty program
BERLIN, 28. June 2022: We are happy to welcome our new customer, isaac, the all-in-one Brazilian platform that develops solutions for the financial management of private schools.
Founded in São Paulo in 2020, isaac's goal is to make financial management easier, taking the headache away and allowing schools to focus on their education mission. With isaac, schools are able to dedicate more time and resources to getting plans off the ground.
isaac’s platform facilitates communication between schools and students’ families, making it possible to send pre-payment reminders.
Operating in a market formed by over 40,000 private schools and almost 9 million students, isaac has seen exponential growth since it started to work. To maximize customer engagement and drive up margins, they joined Talon.One to build their loyalty program.
Using Talon.One as their loyalty partner, isaac aims to improve retention rate and increase cross-selling. Talon.One enables isaac to customize their loyalty rewards, allowing users to redeem points for coupons and discounts on other products and services that are linked to the loyalty program.
Talon.One also powers isaac’s customer support team to have full visibility over promotions and add loyalty points ad hoc, with minimum IT help.
