Just last week Talon.One’s VP of Sales, Sebastian Bausch, gave a stunning presentation in London.
The Tech Innovation Stage was fully attended on the day, and there was a lot of interest in the topic: How Promotions are Becoming a New Product Category.
In the talk, Sebastian discussed whether sales promotions really work, then addressed a number of points related to targeting sales promotions to provide more value to customers, customer retention techniques and practical tips, benchmarks and challenges to think about when building your own promotions.
He then talked about whether enterprises should be spending the money and resources to build or buy their promotion infrastructure, or if this is just too costly after a certain stage in a company’s growth.
All in all, the talk went down really well. One thing we noticed from a few of the attendee’s questions, is that a lot of companies don’t seem to be implementing completely data-driven promotions already. So we wanted to share his presentation with you.
